- 80 minute couple session: $230.

I am in-network with Arizona United Healthcare and Arizona Optum.
Besides these plans I am a private pay therapist and am considered out-of-network. Some insurance plans provide reimbursement for out-of-network behavioral health providers. Please learn about your specific plan details for out-of-network coverage. I will gladly provide you receipts to file for reimbursement if desired.
